People has been telling me that I’ve lose weight. The same people who used to tell me that I am too fat and ugly now tells me that I am thin and ugly.
When I wore spaghetti straps, aunt says its too provocative. When I wore long sleeves, she says I am too conservative.
When I wake up late, I got scolded by mum. When I wake up early, dad asked, ” What’s the matter? Can’t sleep?”
Aunt says, “Don’t eat oranges, it will give you gas.” Mum says, “Eat oranges, its good for you.”
Sis says, ” the soup is not salty enough.” Mum says, ” the soup is too salty.”
Whenever anyone sees me they’ll ask,
” Are you graduating already?”
And its only the first week.
Somebody, Anybody, please save me.

D-U-M-P-L-I-N-G-S.
To the English language:
pao is dumpling
wantan is dumpling
shui jiao is dumpling
wo tie is dumpling
tang yuen is dumpling
and the topic of today, zhong zi, is also dumpling
S-W-E-A-T.
To commemorate the special even of QuYuan jumping into the river on this day thousands of years back, I decided to learn rowing the dragon boat to make, ahem… dumplings (the zhong zi la… not the pao or the shui jiao)

glutinous rice grains, raw chestnuts, stir fried fatty pork, and salted egg yolks sugar, spice and everything nice. and ingredient “x”

Simply whack them all together in a bamboo leaf, make a pyramid shape and tie ‘em up with straws.

In a bunch, ready to be cooked~~!
Boil the hell out of them. Two hours should be enough.
I wonder if its edible. I haven’t try yet.
=P
Happy duan wu jie, peeps~!

The end of examination marks the end of the semester, and the end of my academic year. I am leaving this place for a well deserved break-it was four straight months since we had Chinese New Year break and that was like, so long already. Here’s a bunch of goodbyes for you guys/gals/hermaphrodite/aliens/wateva.
Goodbye my friends, though I’ve heard your goodbyes first, since most of you are already home by this time.
Goodbye my online friends, I will be missing in action for quite some time.
Goodbye my maple buddies, hope that you guys don’t level up too fast.
Goodbye for those who read my blog, hopefully I can spend sometime writing while having my break.
Goodbye my housemates, hope that you have a more relaxing day in the office now that we are on holiday.
Goodbye Abel, for the cat that I almost wanted to adopt.
Goodbye streamyx, though I am not using I still have to pay.
Goodbye sucky food, it will be quite a relief to get a break from you.
Goodbye McD, I won’t be having any now that I could have proper meals.
Goodbye my campus, I will not step into you until the very last minute of my first class on the first day next semester. Or second class, just in case I can’t make it.
Goodbye Malacca, a place where I spent almost half a decade in.
I am going to back, to a place I called home, at last.

Just when I was dying of boredom (and carelessness, lol!) in Orbis, Ludibrium finally came to Maplesea~! On the first day itself, I joined the bandwagon of people eager to depart for the rumoured Toyland, running around like headless chicken finding the harbour and the ship to board. I paid 10,000 mesos, and hopped onto the toy ship, waving goodbye to Orbis.

*Sobs* Goodbye Orbis, don’t change too much.*Sobs*
After the perilous journey from Orbis to Ludibrium, whereupon everyone were afraid of the attack of Balrogs, I descended the gangplank of the ship and find myself in a world every kids will love. A world full of toys. With flamboyant colours and life sized dolls. And monsters so cute that you don’t have the heart to kill them.

Oh my, I am standing on a stack of gigantic toy blocks with some walking cake monster down there.
Its a cutesy world, with cutesy inhabitants, cutesy houses and cutesy monsters.

I wonder what awaits me behind that door…

Cutesy pharmacy. I doubt if the medicine works…

Cutesy monsters. Aww, I am supposed to kill them???
Its nice and all that,
But wait a minute…
Orbis Tower has 20 floors…
and Eos Tower has…
.
.
.
100 freaking floors!!!!1111oneoneonesatusatu
Who are you kidding me???????
-.=”"”

Scaling the inner walls of Eos tower

Hunting at the outer walls of Eos tower, with my party members.

That was hard work climbing a hundred floors so I deserve a break you know?
Gah~~~!!! I hate climbing~! Can those Maple people not make anymore towers~!?!? Looks like I am gonna hangout in Ludibrium for quite awhile since I’ve just got some quest. See ya there~!

She’s a level 39 going level 40 ice/lit mage in Cassiopiea.
I/She is currently sightseeing in Orbis, realizing that apart from being able to swim and kill fish, nothing much is impressive. Scaling the Orbis tower back and forth everyday is back breaking even, and I/she wanted to go back to Victoria. Or Maybe hanging around until there’s Ludibrium in Maplesea.

My girl in El Nath. The weather is too cold to her liking. The floor too slippery and I have to splurge on snowshoes. Makes me so poor already. And she hates red bean porridge.

Swimming around in Aquarium. With oxygen tank.
Remember my first ever post about her? Its here.
Before laughing and telling me that I am a noob and/or sohai for taking so long to level, let me rectify that, ever since that post I’ve more or less abandoned her for about four months before logging in again.
So, that explains why I am still stuck with moonlight robe while my friends that used to trained together had happily discard their calas for anakarune. And I have yet to get any petal staff despite killing so many mask fishes. Tough luck. Pfft. And I’ve given up on hunting panlid. Bought one instead. And now hoping to get a palette.

Some earrings that held sentimental values, hence clogging the precious equipment slots.
PALETTE~!
Argh~! I bought 10 gachapon tickets to try my luck but I just can’t get any PALETTE. Sobs. I should’ve spent it on new hairstyle or plastic surgery instead.
My Maple Wishlist:
- Get to third job advancement as soon as possible
- a pet that helps pick up loots
