Deallocker.com Coupon Codes

August 27, 2007 by Sleeping Princess

I’ve been wanting to get myself a decent tailored blazer for formal interviews, and while job interview is not until a few months away, I could really go looking for some working attire right now, since there the sales carnival is going on throughout Malaysia. That’s right, sale again, and it seems like we have sale all year round. In a way it does help stimulate the economic growth, but in the other, we shoppers are shopping until we drop. But, I guess, if I were to buy some working clothes, I had better get them now in the sale because it really pays to buy things in sale. With the prices slashed, the money could very well buy me another blouse or tweed skirt.

Speaking of shopping, do you that you could save more money with coupon and promo codes? Yes, there are free online coupons in deallocker.com for all sorts of products that are worthy bargains. There are coupons for everything you could think of, and coupons for women stuffs, such as clothes, skincare and jewelries are quite in demand. I’ve browsed through the clothing stores coupons and saw a few clothing store coupons such as Ann Taylor Loft coupons and Abercrombie and Fitch coupons which offer very good discounts for their products. Deallocker.com also has a shopping tips and coupon blog in addition with their coupon code services.

You can check the validity of the coupons from all the user feedbacks in the coupon page itself, thereby you should know which coupon deals are for real and which are not. Also, if you have any coupons or coupon codes to share, you can bring them onto the site so that everybody could enjoy discounts from their favourite stores too.

Returned Payments Recovered

August 23, 2007 by Sleeping Princess

us dollarTwo months back, there was a fiasco regarding paypal account, and everyone was worried about not being able to accept payments. While everyone was busy trying to find out what happened, I sat back and waited. And waited. And totally forgot about the need to accept payments from my paid post sponsors.

And naturally, the payments were returned to the sponsors. And then I began to kancheong and try to ask them to resend the payments. Since a large chunk of the payments returned were from ppp, so I sent them a ticket the first thing after I gathered informations about all the transactions that has been returned. After a few tickets, the problem was solved and I got my money back.

(Did I mention about my first time sending a ticket? I sent them a ticket, but neglected the fact that I need to reply them, and thus, receiving no reply, they closed my ticket and I have to send another ticket. No? Okay, so now you know. )

And then, one small sum of them were returned to sr, and I was thinking about whether to send them a ticket to resend the payment or not. After thinking it through, I was like, what the heck, I might as well, since it was my hard earned money anyway. So, I sent them a ticket and some transaction details. And waited.

They replied my ticket, asking for more information. I complied, and returned the ticket.

Five minutes later, I received a new mail indicating that they sent the exact amount of the returned payment back to me. And the grand total was:

$3.25

I am glad I got my money back.

Used Land Rover Car

Land Rover

While many men think that women shouldn’t be driving, dad would be letting his daughters play with the steering wheels since they are young, and now that my sister and I have already grown up, the first thing dad did when we reach seventeen was to urge us to get a driving license. His reasoning was, with a driving license, we could be independent. So as long as we has our own transport and driving license, we could go anywhere without depending on others to fetch, nor on public transport. Therefore, I grow up truly believing that girls should also drive themselves around without having to depend on anyone. Suffice to say, that is a liberation of some sort to me.

While most girls would prefer a small sedan or a saloon car with comfortable seats and maybe plush interior, I personally prefer larger cars. Before there were MPVs and SUVs on the road, I used to love four wheel drive and would dream of getting one of them when I could afford my own car.Again, it was most likely influenced by my dad, because of the nature of his job, a four wheel drive is a necessary car, and of course, it acts as the family car as well. We used to own a small Suzuki Jimny, and later a Suzuki Vitara, a used car bought in a bank auction.

I’ve never really driven a Land Rover myself, by I’ve been the passenger. The Land Rover was a good ride, and if I could afford it I would get one, since I loved huge cars anyway. The only bad thing about it was, maybe the difficulty in maneuvering the car for parking due to the sheer size of it. Otherwise, I can’t see what I don’t like about it. in fact, the size itself is a plus point, because at least when I am on the road the guys would not bully a lady in a Land Rover.

Haha! Maybe I could scout for a used Land Rover at one of the Land Rover Dealers as soon as I can afford a down payment.

I thought I saw…

by Sleeping Princess

shadowIt was the seventh month of the lunar calendar. It was nearing the 14th, the exact date where thing supposed to get a wee bit spooky. It was dark. I might have mistaken.

I saw a dark shape zooming across the T-junction while waiting for the traffic lights to turn green. In front of the police station. At least, that was what I thought I saw. I am not trying to scare myself. I might be tired, sleepy even, so I am keeping an open mind.

I still firmly believe that humans are more scary than those dwellers in the nether worlds. At least human could harm for real. Rob, mug, kidnap, rape, you name it, its what humans are capable of doing. By what I mean capable is, those with intention to harm could really do so, while the latter (you know who I meant) will most likely give you a good scare? I don’t know. I am not trying to insult the living nor death, I am just coming up with my own reasoning.

Fact is, the feeling of fear itself is powerful enough to make an individual afraid of everything he choose to be afraid of, from darkness to roaches to maybe peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth. The manifestation of fear itself in an individual eventually transform what might be a harmless, mundane thing, into a monster to the particular individual, and the more he or she fears what they chose to be afraid of, the feeling of fear will grow stronger.

Say, if you are afraid of ghosts, spirits and the unknown, the more you think of it, and the deeper you delve into fearing, you will most likely be imagining things that will make you more afraid. I say, let’s not think about it too much?

After all I said, it is quite disheartening to say that, some things are easier said than done. While I try not to scare myself out of my socks, I still maintain a strong belief and respect to those dwelling in the nether world.

P/S: In no way I am showing disrespect to them, whether directly or indirectly in this post.
