First thing first: Happy 60th Birthday Uncle Khing!!! Best wishes and “year year got today, age age got this morning!”

While everyone else is planning on where they want to spend the last few minutes of year 2007 in, and with whom, here I am with a different kind of countdown: days to go when my exam finally finishes. That said, given I choice I would really wanted to join in the fun of ushering into the New Year, but with a heart and mind bogged down with the anxiety of the oncoming exam, I guess its best I try to pass my paper than to throw paper confetti when the clock struck twelve tonight.

2007 has been a memorable year and I hope that the coming 2008 be filled with more joy and laughter.

Here is for the outgoing year of 2007, and the incoming year of 2008. May you be healthy, and happy always. Remember, life is too short to be unhappy, and don’t forget our friends and family.

Looks like I need to get myself a phone card as soon as possible, because my phone credit is running low, and the worst part it, it is expiring soon! Sometimes I just feel like I wanted to subscribe a post paid plan and be done with it, but I can’t bear paying for the taxes and other hidden charges, so phone cards it is. Thank God phone cards are available online though, saves me all the hassle of getting out of the house to buy them. Have you seen this getmecallingcards.com? Those cutesy calling card names such as 007, Mozart and Penny Boss really takes the cake. They have all sorts of phone cards with different denominations up for sale, and although I can’t use it here, it is nice to check the varieties out. If you use them, give them a quick browse!

Hullo! How was your holiday? Mine was alright. Spent the whole holiday between worrying about late assignment submission and doing more assignment to meet the Saturday deadline. Oh yeah, changed my previous Christmas template with this smashing theme. I think its appropriate, since Christmas was like, days ago. Anyhow, I hope I can stick to this theme long enough. I like it a lot right now.

To be honest, right now there is nothing hip and hype about life to talk about, partly because the brain mechanism is all wired to accept lecture materials for the upcoming regurgitation (read: exam) of two subjects that I am not particularly good at. One thing to be contented though, the mid term marks was alright, so I won’t be sitting upright on bed at night, being awakened by the nightmare of failing the subjects because my carry marks are too low. That said, I have no idea how much the total carry marks are.

All I have to do now is to study smart and study fast. Mach 5 is not fast enough.
